Christmas holiday period

We will be closed from Sunday 23 December to Tuesday 2 January
We will start order processing on Wednesday 3 January.
However, orders can be placed during the holiday period.

Delivery times in general
Normal delivery time is 1 week on average, when provided parts are in stock.
Sometimes we have to reorder and the delivery time depends on the speed of the supplier, but always within 2 weeks.
We ship on Thursdays, with run-out to Fridays.
You will always receive a track & trace code in the mail (may also end up in your spam).
We deliver with PostNL.
Express deliveries are possible in consultation.
Collection is also possible on Saturday or Thursday (by appointment).

Reachability (not during holidays)
We can be reached by telephone on 0622 898280:
from Tuesday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
the telephone is not answered on Mondays

Mail is answered within 48 hours.
Whatsapp and SMS is viewed sporadically.

Payments and refunds

Payments can be made via Ideal, Paypal and IBAN.
At the counter, you can pay by cash or pin.

If a payment with Ideal or Paypal does not succeed, do not keep trying but do it with IBAN to our RABO number.
Please always mention the order number.
